Detox: Day One

9:12am
No coffee this morning. I can only pray that the tiny little green tea bag that I drank this morning had enough caffeine to stave off any debilitating headaches for the day.

I also walked into the office this morning to find, on the communal kitchen table, a tray of cookies. 'Tis the season, I guess, but thanks a lot for the temptation, team!

Time for my breakfast smoothie. I'm sipping slowly to make it last as long as possible...
