Lying on your front, take your hands under your shoulders. Push up, straightening your arms and lifting the tops of your thighs off the floor at the same time.

Pulling the shoulders down your back, keep the tops of your feet on the floor. If this is too deep a stretch try cobra, keeping your legs on the ground and bending your elbows.

Hold for three breaths.
