Optimal Health for a Vibrant Life Detox: Day 13, 14 & 15

The recommendations for Day 13 of the Optimal Health for a Vibrant Life Detox by Tiffany Cruikshank included considering adding new supplements to my diet and applying a castor oil pack. I ended up coming to the conclusion that given this is my first round of detox, I would leave out these steps for the time being. I will certainly consider the supplements recommended in the future, but for now I would like to keep supplements to the minimum and focus on whole foods instead.

I did end drink my liver detox tea and admired my beautiful flowers! I made myself clean protein pancakes using gluten free oat flour, egg whites, hemp protein powder and milled flaxseed with an organic honey drizzle. Yum!

I focused on eating clean foods for the rest of the day and relaxing when I could!

On Day 14, I met my requirement of spending time in nature when I went on a long walk with Zeke and later went to a potluck dinner that was entirely outdoors!

I went to the local farmer's market and picked up an entire fridge full of organic and mostly local foods--eggs, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce, broccoli, onions, sweet potatoes, ginger, pineapple and bread.
